I think I see what your saying.
I think also there is the thought there is no use closing the barn door right now.
I think the story is about Eagle, no one knows who or what may occur with ownership moving forward. It could be anything.
Me I'm just happy the total silence has ceased as it was deafening.
As for existing shareholders judging by the 90%+ errosion of value and since they would have known that this was a high risk gamble I would sit tight. But if shareholders want to pull the residual of course that is there call. Someone's going to look at the 17B$ USD "inventory" and if they have the chops might just say lets do this!
No one knows.
As for NEW shareholders they need to do some SERIOUS DD before even dropping any mony into this unless it's treated like a night at the casino. Best

What's the estimated reserve? I think it's around 17 billion.
