The question as to who will fill those two open board position is actually really interesting, as the shareholders were asked to vote on the numbers of board members to stay at the same number as before the AGM. You can assume that they already had an idea that they would try to kick several members of the board.
I was worried since GB was installed that we being led down this road where Fortescue slowly, but surely takes over the control.
Of those 67 % retailers who could vote down a cheap takeover, 40% probably don't even show up. And with that the math on the strength of the retail investor's power starts to erode. There will be also retail investors, who will be fatigued and are willed to move on to greener pastures, as long as they make at least some pennies.
It will be interesting to see when management is finally reappearing from their hiding place!
