The properties are divided into three categories: office, retail, and industrial. CONGRATS TO THE GUYWho bought the 10 year between 4.50-5% from Sept and recently in March/April.  

Thats a nice locked in safe yield with some capital appreciation


I dont see how REITS dont surge if it goes to 3.5%....thats a very reasonable rate to finance mortgages
