ARTIS

ARTISThis looks like the most unattractive reit so much so that as I indicated haven't been dripping dividends.  Manji botched it the first year of hikes and is trying to course correct.... but there's more to a reit than selling assets particularly good ones. The overall game plan is reduce debt and buy dream office.  Which artis is then 70% office reit.  I want a big sib
