Artis Real Estate Investment Trust is an unincorporated closed-end REIT based in Canada. Artis REIT's portfolio comprises properties located in Central and Western Canada and select markets throughout the United States, including regions such as Alberta, British Columbia, Manitoba, Ontario, Saskatchewan, Arizona, Minnesota, Colorado, New York, and Wisconsin. The properties are divided into three categories: office, retail, and industrial. The industrial properties account for most of the portfolio, followed by the office properties and the retail properties.

They were a real estate prop tech company not a REIT. 

The similarity is that I was scolded by several members from that forum when all i did  was voice my opinion with information that was readily available from the financial statements. It's not hard to do. Just read the income/balance sheet and cash flow statement and you can get a pretty good idea what's going to happen 1 year out. 

Interesting enough, the CEO and CFO were both buying shares in the open market. Figure that one out. Not everyone can be like Warren Buffet.
