Did Stephen sign the office leases they had to get out off?

Prior Penwest management team made a mess and it is hard to turn things quickly when oil and gas prices are so up and down.

Penwest should have bought into Montney play!!!!!!!!!!!! YEARS AGO
That is not on Stephen at all. Was too late to get into Montney when Stephen took over.
