I legimtately cant comprehend

How worse off my REIT porfolio is this August compared to last August. Not what you would think after super high rates starting freezing the economy such that interest rates are being lowered in most countries.

HR was almost $11, Dream Office almost $30, NWH $7+ AND the list goes on

VALUE DESTRUCTION AT ITS FINEST
