The properties are divided into three categories: office, retail, and industrial. Stop mocking this fellow, hes come here to warn us that artis may share the same fate as his other bankrupt companies that he predictted while CEO was loading up? Sound familiar?

We all know artis is a dawg with fleas and declining AFFO and 1 year of closing the gap initiaitve only to trade at a larger discount then when it started

This is as bearish as it gets
