dividend up 50%

dividend up 50%
Stelco just announced their earnings not that I care that much given that they are being bought out.  Of importance to me is that they increased their dividend by 50% to 75 cents per share,
-- Declared quarterly dividend of $0.75 per share payable on August 26, 2024 HAMILTON, Ontario--(BUSINESS WIRE)--August 07, 2024-- This is great news. Will they also declare a special dividend in November like they have in the past few years. I sure hope so. It would be a nice parting gift to say good-bye to Stelco.
