A question I've been pondering.  There's only like 42 patients have reached 450 days and maybe 15 or 16 have been CR.  Just wondering if only those who are complete response at 450 days need the follow up data reviewed at a central pathology lab?  Or maybe include those who have reached 360 or 270 days as well.  Why would there be a need for analysis of those who didn't make it to 180 days or less? Certainly those who have made it a year or more must still be visiting their urologist.  How hard would it be to track them down for consent?
