Awaiting FDA Clearance??

This news release of May 6th said VMS 4.0 had been submitted to the FDA on May 1st.

I do not see an announcement that the FDA has given clearance yet?

There was a further shareholder update on June 11th but it just confirmed the May 1st submission.

I still have concern about GE apparently or seemingly being completely independent of VPT technology? Anyone have input on this aspect?
