something doesn't add upYears ago I took an investing course and the Number 1 thing the instructor stated was;

'YOU DON'T KNOW WHAT YOU DON'T KNOW'

A year ago Art stated that the water issue was an relativily easy fix AND here we are
today and can't even get  3cents.

So in realtity we just DON'T KNOW
