I fully agree with you.

Again this morning, price on the lumber contracts are up.

These are baby steps in the right direction.

Lumber price will not go up every single days but the dynamics(lower interest, lack of house
supply and diminish production) should provide a floor to lumber prices.

The floor may have been touch in mid July.Since then,they are up more then $120

A lot of capacity as been taking of permanently and there may be more to come while many major mills have upgraded their facility and lowered their producing cost.

Successful investors are the one who buy good assets at distress prices.
