It's nieve to think corporations will absorb any tax increases and not pass it onto the consumer.  Won't happen.  Hence more inflation.
On the ONC front an increase in volume on the NASDQ and sp down may suggest the ATM is at work. With one year cash available this company has always used this as a signal to refill their wallets. Plus with most predicting a recession management know raising cash will be very difficult a dilution will be much higher. If there is a time for ONC to secure a partner now would be ideal.
