Guys, Im not sure people dont get this, the only thing holding back trillions of wealth in bonds and reale state is C P I.  Like cmon man, what goods and services have this pricing power to keep hiking and where is it coming from? we dont have answers, 0% rates during lockdowns with 2 years pent up demand is not the same as 5% rates for over a year and higher unemployment

this needs an answre man, cause these reits are dead in the water till they tell us CPI is good
