- the Crew asset will be in maintain production mode

 Groundbirch is likely a '27/'28 project and is not currently in the 5 year plan.

- the acquisition is accretive for TOU - makes sense ex hedges etc since Crew is 21% condensate.

- was a competitive process ie more than 1 buyer expressed interest.

- LNG Canada should firm up NG prices since currently supply and demand is in balance. IOW he's not expecting supply to increase as much as demand.
