Not going to get involved in these takeover speculations and the pros and cons of DD’s public disclosure / NR policy which hasn’t changed in years.
 
That said, have a look at the recent house positions and draw your own conclusions. The time period I selected coincides with the latest downtrend.
 
Anon is clearly the overall culprit but more importantly, Anon is also the one which most of the time initiates downticks.

Their trading activity doesn't make them any money to speak of. So, why are they doing what they are doing?
