RE:Just sold mine There was a time when you could pick up an extra dollar every time ENB went ex-divi but that game has been slowly closing for awhile now.
The pros used to strip ENB shares out of weak retail hand quarter after quarter but now the ENB market has become more efficient.
I bought today (I buy ENB via ENS as the payout is monthly and about double the yield) as I don't think the bull run for ENB is over. In fact, two things have me optimistic about about ENB. The first is that the concensus of analysts on interest ratess is that we are going to see a cut at each of the remaining 3 BoC meetings this year and everyone knows that lower interest rates means higher prices for yield sensitive securities. The other reason is that the market is just starting to digest Greg Ebel's oft repeated claim that ENB made a generational win when it bought the natgas distributioin assets from Dominion.
