Its so good to see someone on BNN. LNR is the cheapest growth stock, low risk, with decent ROE (and possible upside on ROE during the next decade). 

Its not a ultra high growth, its not a ultra high ROE, its not a ultra high FCF yield stock. Investors don't know what they are missing since LNR has it all in a balanced way, through its growth phases.

When the rates will drop, an organic capacity to growth over 10% a year and deliver 11-12% ROE will be worth gold, certainly not 0,7 times book value.

Still cheap if this stock reach 100$ in 18 months. At that point it would be at 8 times the upcoming 2026 EPS (without considering buybacks).
