I like how they go to 20 years...very handy when looking at Canadian Banks.
Take BMO chart over twenty years....draw some lines and it becomes evident that we're are looking at a quick 10% gain when all the (over)fretting about US banking recedes....and then add the nice divvy!!
I only buy stocks on the TSX (quirk of mine)...There have been times that I've owned NO banks...and times that I have owned a few...2 or 3 times over....I've been a buyer the last few months and now own three! I can't find more of a "sure thing", LONG time performer than Canadian Banks. It's an easy decision to buy down here and forgetting about it for a couple of years.
(If SH could do one thing better it could devise a way that we could toggle from the US price to the CAN price for stocks....but that might be like the comedian said: "you can't have EVERYTHING...where would you put it?" )
