Artis REIT's portfolio comprises properties located in Central and Western Canada and select markets throughout the United States, including regions such as Alberta, British Columbia, Manitoba, Ontario, Saskatchewan, Arizona, Minnesota, Colorado, New York, and Wisconsin. The properties are divided into three categories: office, retail, and industrial. The industrial properties account for most of the portfolio, followed by the office properties and the retail properties.

RE:RE:RE:GOING TO BE A WILD FINISH TO THE YEARI am not looking at it simply from a cash prospective. Perhaps philosophies conflict causing undue selling. I don't necessarily think they make the move, I also don't think it would be a prudent move. They will do something, there's no doubt about it, they have clearly telegraphed this already. I think the uncertainty that surrounds Artis' path forward gives pause to some investment and I also believe it has held the stock back somewhat. Like Frankie has been saying for some time now, either you have faith in Manji or don't hold the stock. This of course cuts both ways. It is why my position is what it is. I would like more but have to remain disciplined and somewhat cautious.
