The properties are divided into three categories: office, retail, and industrial. The industrial properties account for most of the portfolio, followed by the office properties and the retail properties.

Odd way to reply to my post, oh Snakey one.

first rate cut by BoC was June (end of Q2)... impact from rate cuts will only begin to appear in Q3 and the mathematical impact will increase from there. I would refer to the MD&A which explains the % of debt that is variable and unleaded - roughly half.

I'm personally thrilled to see buybacks resume in a big way... I continue to give you reasons to be positive and hopeful, yet you persist on being negative and looking backwards when you should be firmly focused on the future - it is bright - better grab some sunglasses.
