Quebec and Ontario flooding = increase sales for GoodfellowIt's unfortunate to see all of theses disaster flooding in Quebec and Ontario.
You should see all of the building materials on the lawn of most of the homes in the area of where i live.Much of these debris are flooring, lumber and building materials.
The debris are pilled up like in a disaster area.
I had one foot of water in my basement.My basement is kaput.Will need to redo it.
With 62% of it's sales in Quebec and Ontario,Goodfellow will/should see an increase in it's sales for the balance of 2024 and maybe 2025 since some rebuild will be delayed until the insurance
money kiks in or for the uninsured to have the ability to get the job done.
Also, there will be a lack of professional to do the work since there is so much to be done.
Like i said, it's unfortunate and sad to see all of these distress home owners facing
these harsh time but these event may come along more often then before with the climate
change.
