RE:RE:Is this the week?

RE:RE:Is this the week? Yes my use of the word complete is derived from a post made by Doug on May 9, 2024 where he states: "They have completed the due diligence process. That's all I know. Wish I knew more but it's all being kept "tight hole" and for good reason. When there is a material change Cynthia will notify the shareholders."

You are correct though that there has been no official PR stating this and in my initial reading I did note the most recent MD&A still used that wording as well. I would like to assume this is simply an oversight in regard to updating the statement. Doug would be able to clarify I'm sure.

Goldenbull I am with ya! While I am optimistic we receive an announcement this week I am also ready for (but not as excited for) a PR stating an extension on the agreement with USCG or drill results. There is also the possibility we see something along the lines of setting an AGM date but I do not think we are quite there yet.

I do feel that if USCG has not made meaningful progress towards a deal that Cynthia would take back the 250,000 deposit. They have had a year and I do not believe Cynthia would allow them to keep it into perpetuity for the sake of “saving face”.
