I agree with you on that front Red.  The government loans are both reimburseable upon submission of receipts for services purchased.  I suspect that another loan vehicle annoucement is coming.  My only other observation is that the purchase price for property seems to have increased from $5 to 6 million dollars?  Why?  

I like that we have hired a former SGS chemist to help with raw material processing but again where is that funding coming from?
