To me Nuttal is a know-nothing who becomes fixated on companies and is then unable to accept he might be wrong. I stands to reason that when a company reduces the amount of issued share, the value of those remaining goes up, unless there are negative circumstances to prevent it.
   It is a matter of time. You can be sure that the institutional investors who are not handicapped by 'environmental' lobbying will be sucking this up slowly so as not to cause a sharp rise in SP.
   Should there be a dividend hike it will rise very rapidly. the yiled here is aleady quite compelling in an interest dropping environment so I expect nothing but good things, GLTAL
