RE:Is there $3,000 Gold @ Casino ?

RE:Is there $3,000 Gold @ Casino ?

At some point we need to update corp presentation and financials.
My very rough calc at spot vs. FS would increase PV by about $5B USD.
Moly adds about $210M per year; Gold $169M; Silver $9M and Copper $81M a year just simply taking difference between Spot and what's in FS for a total of about $469M annually for 27 years...discounting cash flow by 8% is about $4.7B USD added to the $1.8B USD in FS. I think at spot it's about PV of $6.5B.

Can you imagine --- in the corp presentation it stated adding something like $1B annually to Yukon GDP what the new number is at spot?

Also remember, our FS used 8% discount. Many companies use 6%...if i use that in below it adds another $1B USD +.

All the idiots over at Victoria clearly don't understand ....there is absolutely no way this won't move forward. But i do agree....the history of all those mickey mouse operators and their lack of ability to run a mine safety and then cut bait and leave will impact timeline.

Feel free to challenge my numbers. Hopefully with another 1-2 years of metal prices well above our FS..."long term" metal price assumptions will change in the industry.
