I believe the news release from back in 2015 says .07 per share. At that time Woulfe had about 363 million shares outstanding so the purchase price for Woulfe was about $25 million.
If you want to stick with the 40x idea then that is about $1 billion.
With Almonty currently valued at about $200 million, then 5x from here.
I would gladly take $4 per share for Almonty valuing it at $1 billion.
