The main issue is that they don't want people day trading in their TFSA so multiple daily/weekly/monthly transactions would throw up a red flag. However I don't think that any of us here are "flipping" our Almonty shares back and forth as the price fluctuates. I'm pretty sure we're more of a buy and hold crowd which wouldn't be against those laws. As far as I know anyways...
