Has anyonbe seen this on CUnninghams Twitter feed?:

They link to an article that calls GEM financing "COMMITMENTS" a "sham".  THere article is not well written but it does get across the point that GEM often fund $0.00 on "commitments" and never funds a substantial portion of the "commitment" even OVER TIME (AMK deal is over 3 years!!).
