RE:Kelt ENERCOM Denver presentation 08/20/24

RE:Kelt ENERCOM Denver presentation 08/20/24I listened and found the presentation quite informative in terms of filling in some of the blanks.

Oaks well front loaded payout is quite helpful to understand, and puts to rest the question regarding if we are wasting capital during a low commodity cycle, they wells have very good CGR's. and resonable payout durations.

Some of the Charlie lake wells payout in 3 months which is nothing short of amazing.

The prolific nature of the wells, and the payback strategy for shareholders, as well as a billion dollar in a capital pools also was highlighted, as well as the company organized in divisions, with the forsight, to optimize the tax in the future when they monetize a division of assets in the future.

Oak is a separate division within the company.

All in, Kelt is an amazing investment opportunity and an investor gets a real opportunity to invest along side of the founders of the company.

Kelt is significantly under valued.
