RE:FFN Dashboard on the Web!August 21, 2024 update at 10:15PM eastern time. I've added logic to the dashboard that will do the following:
1- look to see if there is an increase in the number of outstanding shares since the last update (either on 15th of the month or last day of the month)
2- if there is an increase, then we assume there was an ATM offer.
3- calculate the number of shares sold using the difference between the current number of shares and the previous number of shares.
4- calculate the proceeds from the sale using the closing price from the day before the last update (so we use the 14th of the month or the last day of the month minus one day)
5- remove half a percent for commission
6- do the above for both class a shares and for preferred shares
7- add rows to the overview table at the top of the webpage and at the very bottom too but only show those rows when point #1 is true above.
