Third Drill added to Canalaria

Third Drill added to Canalaria

Canalaria is north of FDP near Zeca and is located in the highest soil anomaly .

This is most interesting as Canalaria has the potential to be yet another company maker, perhaps the largest ever.

2,300 metres drilled (12 holes) drilled in 2007-2008 defining a gold-bearing structure over a strike length of about 1,000 metres (open) and to a vertical depth of 200 metres (open to depth).

Results included 36.1 metres grading 1.42 g/t gold from 70.4 metres depth.

Every discovery todate has been within this 5 km long soil anomaly but the drilled strike of the Canalaria gold bearing structure is 1000 meters long , several times larger than FDP and still open in all directions .
It confirms my posit that, with ubiquitous gold in soil all along these half dozen or so discoveries and with gold intercepts with  long continous mineralizalized zones beginning just beneath these rich soil anomalies, indicating near continous gold structures all of which are open at strike and dip, this entire area beneath the soil anomaly is mineralized with multiple gold structures that are connected differing only slightly in grade.

None of these have been drilled to any signifucant depth are all are open at strike and depth.

Adding a third drill to Canalaria intimates that the drilling at FDP and Butia has confirmed that their presumed geological model is now consistent with mine.....that this entire large soil anomaly is just one huge gold structure whose lodes differ only in modest grade differences , consistent with the spatial differences in gold in soil grades.

This is huge in its implication.

We could be talking about,  including Cerrito , a 10 km discovery equvakent to a new world class gold
district in Brazil.

Adding the third drill explains this long delay in reporting assays.

A new geological model requires a reexamination of historical drill results....such as they recently started at Butia and probably now  also at Canalaria .

These are exciting times.

In my opinion, we have eclipsed expectations of 2 m ounces at FDP-Butia to 10 million ounces or more which might be easily infilled by blind drilling , such is the continous nature of the gold structure .

Its difficult not to get excited but AEM just paid $2.15 billion for 3,3 milion ounces of reserves of spatially heterogenous veins ...not nearly as cheap to mine as excavating from the surface with confidence that every meter will be Mineralized.

If I am right, this is a discovery that will be able to secure not only your future but also your grand childrens future..
