Given Tim's track record, I doubt we will see a JV partner. It will have to be a buyout....
Remember years ago, Tim was lining up off-takers one after the other. What happened to all these guys? Could we be pleasantly suprised? Maybe Tim's got all his ducks lined up and is just waiting for the mining license to execute his master plan? Ahhh, The famous "Fats Domino" theory....
Back to reality......Once the mining license in hand, let's see: (1) the effect on the SP, (2) the size of the PP, (3) if any deals were actually hidding in the woodworks and, (4) how quickly he awards the mine design contract.
I'll give Tim the benefit of the doubt up to 1 month after BONE gets the mining license. I think that should be more than enough time to finalize all these agreements he's been working on over the last year.
On top of that, I'll shut up for a while. I'll wait until we have fresh news.
But if I may, I'll make one exception for BB's crow-eating event....
