IIRC, the bid that was accepted by the TBE BoD (the only name I recall is John Broussa) offered very little to debentureholders. The offer was the subject of an article in the Globe and Mail, voted down and instead of getting cents on the dollar, debentureholders received 85 cents or something like that.

It may not be the same person but the agenda is the same: belittle Kelt shareholders by trashing them and the company in order to somehow benefit from it.
