Is it so hard to think that Roger is a good guy and wants to see other succeed? Of course he will share a great opportunity with people.
Is it so hard to think he is excited and enthusiastic that the company he and his wife have sunk so much time and money into is on the verge of an amazing transaction that will form the pinnacle of their legacy?
People treat Roger like some criminal and it's disgusting. He knows the regulatory laws better than anyone, he used to work in the industry assisting with those regulations for those of you who didn't know. He's not doing anything underhanded. Can what he says be a little much for people? Only if your impatient and clinging onto every word he says as if he's saying as if it's the gospel and interpret it as this is happening tomorrow. Soon is a relative term. Personally I think we see something in the next two months but I'm ready for another year as anyone who is truly long and invested in a company should be
if Roger were attempting to manipulate the price he wouldn't do so through a private Facebook account that, since the leak, he has now removed entirely.
