RE:no volume on tsx-v Anthony Fauci was hospitalized with West Nile virus and is now recovering at home, a spokesperson says.
Fauci is expected to make a full recovery, the spokesperson said on condition of anonymity due to security concerns.
West Nile virus is commonly spread through the bite of an infected mosquito. While most people don't experience symptoms, about one in five can develop a fever, headache, body aches, vomiting, diarrhea, or rash, according to the U.S. Centers for Disease Control and Prevention. About 1 out of 150 infected people develop a serious, sometimes fatal, illness.

Seems West Nile & Dengue Fever are starting to grow in the North American scene. My son, who lives in Bali. just contracted Dengue Fever for the second time in ten years. First time they flew him to Singapore for treatment. This time they kept him in Bali but his platelet count got all the way down to 10 -- supposed to be over 100.
Sounds like another virus that needs a new medicine. Those that are working on Covid 19 remedies can maybe see if their remedy such as TLD1433 will also work on Dengue and West Nile viruses.
