My current valuation take is:

CAD Bus: $12MM
Team Snubbing: $12MM
Cash: $4MM
Net Land: $3MM
NOLs: $10MM (30% expected usage)
Colarado Assets: $1MM

Total: $38MM
PPS: $3.04

At $4-$6MM in FCF, they should indeed be able to distribute a dividend of at least a penny a month. Time will tell.
