Baytex Energy Corp. is a Canada-based energy company. The Company is engaged in the acquisition, development and production of crude oil and natural gas in the Western Canadian Sedimentary Basin and in the Eagle Ford in the United States. Its crude oil and natural gas operations are organized into three main operating areas: Light Oil USA (Eagle Ford), Light Oil Canada (Pembina Duvernay / Viking) and Heavy Oil Canada (Peace River / Peavine / Lloydminster). Its Eagle Ford assets are located in the core of the liquids-rich Eagle Ford shale in South Texas. The Eagle Ford shale covers approximately 269,000 gross acres of crude oil operations. Its Viking assets are located in the Dodsland area in southwest Saskatchewan and in the Esther area of southeastern Alberta. It also holds 100% working interest land position in the East Duvernay resource play in central Alberta.

Dllscwbysfn, by the tone of your response I take it you took offence to what I said. I didn't mean to offend you nor was I offering investment advice. I was asking an honest question about being prudent based on your own disposition towards management of the company.

To answer your question, no, it wouldn't be prudent to mortgage my house to buy more shares and I wouldn't think that any sane person would do so.

Also, I am not defending anything. I am expressing an opinions just like you as we are all free to do so.

I find it weird that people join investor chat forums to talk about the investment and then procede to disparage others as a matter of dialogue.

I don't block any person. Over time you get to know who you can simply skip over. I don't find you to be in that category and as such I read your posts.

Again, don't know how I offended you with my question but apologize for the angst it created for you.
