Alors, il ne faut pas etre un KING en math pour comprendre que si Evonik achete HPQ et detient 1 % de PYR alors il a la majoriter lol

Non, tu fais erreur. Bernard et Peter possdent normment d'actions dans HPQ. Il ya galement plusieurs investisseurs stratgiques comme moi qui ont plus de 1 millions d'actions de HPQ et qui communiquent souvent avec les 2 PDG. Il n'y aura pas d'achat hostile possible. Evonik devra payer ce que PYR et HPQ dicterons.$$$$$$
