RE:RE:RE:The Golden Goose - Has Arrived  I think its a possibility and the time to do so would be soon (before they release their 2024 reserves report in early 2025, before production ramps up to 45,000 boepd and before natural gas prices recover.)

I suspect most shareholders would tender on a Crew type deal. Kelt has way more ptoentiall than Crew obvously but a) most people don't understand this and b) 70% is a pretty nice premium. Plus I think investors would take shares in a larger entity (I would).

Nobody knows how many shares insiders actually own (there is this 1 company in the US that owns 20% has for years yet they don't want a seat on the BoD?) but even after that, the float is still 50% I'm wild guessing. So even a hostile offer would garner a lot of support I believe.
