RE:Bye bye Dragonfart

RE:Bye bye DragonfartCash, BSD and others here who have been on the ride since the lows of 2015-16: if hindsight were foresight we would have kept a spreadsheet to track all of the various losers who have shown up here over the years to try to save us from ourselves.

Fly has no idea that he is just the latest and one of the more mediocre ones. Look at him embarrass himself as he tries to explain that a stock that goes down, hits an intermediate bottom and regains %25 has STEADILY gone down. And if you don't sell at intermediate tops and buy back in at intermediate lows, you have somehow lost money even though you have held from pennies to $18. This is how he thinks investing works! We've seen it all before but this one is particularly bad.

Remember NotGnu who tried to convince us that NCU was the better Cu investment. He was obnoxious but posted lengthy, thorough and persuasive analyses. I had forgotten about NCU but just had a look, delisted??? My God.

What about the guy from the Nevada desert who feuded with Top, is he still around? Similar to Fly he tried to undermine IVN with the climate change and Congo poverty theses but was far more erudite and had top-notch writing skills so I doubt they are the same guy. Extra rain and hungry Congolese obliterate the IVN business model, apparently. Fly obliviously hasn't come up with anything that hasn't been tried before.

And Bloom who was the 2nd smartest guy on this board and not a bad guy but lost all credibility when he sold at $5 and futilely tried to bash it back down as it took off on him.

There are some commonalities among these types: they all claim that they just post "facts" and the "truth", they're very thin-skinned and fragile and adopt a kind of persecution complex in response to push-back, the notes of pomposity and arrogance, they ignorantly think IVN investors ignore all risk, etc.

They don't last long (though Fly will read that and hang around too long wasting his time just for spite).

I usually don't engage but had some down time. Now he goes to the ignore trash heap on top of all the other corpses.

What a long strange trip it's been.
