RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:Scott Lower president of the companyLong time ago, I only remember Scott saying in one of his presentations that TCF will need money to realise projects in the future. That was back in the days when Art was always preaching about self funding and we don't need money. After that, I think he never appeared in front of the shareholders again.
