RE:RE:RE:Good news today and Dear Friend (Dr. George Adams)I believe under a LIFE financing you do not have to be an accredited investor.  And there is no hold period, the shares are deposited directly into your trading account.  It's too bad the attached warrants have such a short expiry date.  GLTA.
