RE:RE:new here, I like the Business, I don't like the governanceyk, you point out "essentially 3 people decide for the whole company".  Thats what Independant Directors are for, checks & balances.
As for the stock price, if the family converted the remaining 12M MVS into the regular class of shares, the stock could go up $10 share right away (based on a guess only and unlikely to happen).
They would still own 40% of the company and now have 40% of the voting rights.
I do agree with you that the business fundamentals look good and I believe they also have a competitve advantage in the space and thats why I continue to add cautiously down here but I also believe that the poster who wrote in on why he wouldnt want to be a new shareholder is hardly the only investor that feels that way right now.
