Well, nothing hard there, as expected, but an assertion that it is a going concern and that adherence has been addressed, without going into any detail about how deficient it was, if at all, or how it has been improved. The hope is that an institutional clietele will both improve adherence and margins.

The proof will, as many have stated, only be apparent when the financials are filed, particularlly the recent quarterly, which he proposed (my italics) would arrive in October.
