Kelt Balance sheet is a solid foundation.
Kelt had 63 million dollars in debt at the end of the second quarter.
Kelt is going to exit the year at approx 50,000 boe/day, Enterprise value 1.25 billion
Now look at the people they share the Charlie Lake Play with
TVE produces about 64,000 boe/day approx 900 million debt with a enterprise value of 3.1 billion
AAV produces about 60,000 boe/day, approx 700 million debt and enterprise value of 2.3 billion.
TVE is approx 85% Liquids
AAV is approx 10% Liquids
KEL is approx 38% Liquids
So hopefully when Kelt bring on Wembley is ends up in the middle in terms of thes two competators, and still the montney will be significantly under vallued, and a lot of Charlie Lake production is coming on as well as Wembley/Pipestone.
I would say that I believe Kelts land base is superior to they two Charlie Lake players.
