Yes very dirty deal here but not unexpected, as I said over a year ago
"SNDL has a bad habit of ending up owning its debtor's companies, or what's left of them."

While parasites like carlp727 ("watch and learn clown/rookie") and duster obviously deserve this, nobody else did.
