So, apparently, GRB shareholders still own 76 acre-feet of gross water rights? Even though the value of those rights disappeared?

I know I am getting old and forgetful, but wasn't the adjudication percentage previously higher than 28.5% ???
That isn't very much water for 1000 housing units.
