IMO the investment community would be much more receptive to investing with Theralase if they knew the leadership is willing to forego their salaries and receive stock in lieu of until the time that this technology is commercialized. It would just be a very simple way for the leadership team to shows their confidence in a way that the investing community understands. I would also be interested in furthering my investment with TLT if this were to happen, however as it stands there is absolutely no way I will invest any further funds in which a large part goes to filling the pockets of this leadership group.
Please don't anyone tell me that this leadership group already have tons of skin in the game because that skin is from us shareholders!
There are many examples of leadership taking one for the team so this is not something new!
